5:24 – Did you come back at all until you moved in? No. We did everything from out of state! We did a virtual inspection, a virtual final walkthrough… We did a LOT of virtual communication.
6:11 – It wasn’t a standard purchase contract, it was a builder’s contract. They’re a little more complex. (6-pg Utah purchase contract vs 42+pg builder contract!)
6:53 – The fence. It’s a big fence, and the builder didn’t want to put the fence in. What happened? With kiddos on the autism spectrum, we needed a fence.

9:39 – This WASN’T a dance studio when you moved in. How did you see this as a dance studio? The entourage helped to see the space in a different way. Don’t look at it they way everybody else looks at it. Have some creativity! And it generates supplemental income.
