Here are 19 proven ways to get your offer accepted (please keep in mind that some of these increase a buyer’s risk in the transaction, so use them carefully, under the direction of professional advice):

Attractive & Strong, not Highest & Best

2:47 3. Be prepared for an interest rate shift (so interest rates don’t bump you out of the purchase)
